Home Manager required for a large residential and dementia care home in Reading.

Bright Selection is recruiting a Home Manager for a highly regarded dementia care provider in Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to lead an experienced and passionate team supported by the organisations "whole home approach" to care.

This large purpose care home offers residential and dementia care across 3 smaller communities and received outstanding feedback following their last CQC inspection.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to make a positive impact while advancing their career in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of care that meets the needs of each resident.
• Manage resources and adhere to agreed budgets.
• Recruit, develop, and lead an effective team of care staff.
• Actively promote the home within the local community while maintaining private bed occupancy and supporting corporate marketing efforts.
• Ensure the smooth running of essential support services, including catering, laundry, cleaning, and property maintenance.
• Ensure full compliance with Company, Regulatory, Purchasing, and Statutory Requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Management experience within an elderly dementia care setting.
• A full, valid driving licence.

Salary:

• c 65,000pa negotiable DOSE
• 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
