Senior Service Advisor - Guildford

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor for a busy dealership in Guildford. In this role, you will manage the service department's daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service while supporting the team. The role is full-time, working 42 hours per week, and offers competitive pay with bonuses and overtime opportunities.

Salary: 29,000 - 34,000 (DOE)
Bonuses & Overtime: Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage customer bookings, updates, and aftercare services
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department for smooth workflow
• Handle customer queries and resolve any service-related issues
• Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage customer expectations
• Familiarity with service department processes and systems
• Full UK driving license
