Client Lead

We are seeking a Client Lead to manage and deliver projects both as a principal and a subcontractor during an exciting period of growth. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who is driven, passionate, and motivated to lead our team to success.
The Role
- Lead a team of project managers and other essential staff to ensure project success.
- Develop and define project goals, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Oversee the preparation and allocation of project budgets.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and project progression.
- Implement risk management processes to effectively mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress to senior management.
- Make critical decisions related to project governance, budget adjustments, and resource allocation.
The Person
- At least 10 years of experience in project management within the generator or related industry.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as PMP or CPD are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, complex projects to completion.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
