Sales Development Representative
Location: Hybrid Working in one of the following locations: London
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus commission structure

The Role
As a Sales Development Representative you ll play a crucial role in penetrating the company s top target accounts, with a focus on strategic retail, travel and financial services businesses. You ll combine research, strategy and ingenuity to identify and reach key decision makers, cutting thorough inbox noise in a crowded market.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with and supporting the Commercial Director and Business Director to build and execute Account Based Marketing plans through detailed research, org mapping, and personalised outreach to drive new pipeline
- Crafting highly customised, multi-channel, persona-based outreach to drive interest in our target verticals
- Finding creative ways to gain access to key decision-makers through fostering prospect relationships, attending networking events, and supporting with content distribution
- Working with marketing on specific awareness and thought leadership campaigns to drive brand awareness and interest
About You
- Some sales experience, preferably in a client-facing business development role at a fast-growth company
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- A creative thinker
- Analytical, detail-oriented, metrics-driven and organised
- Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful: enjoys working independently
- Persuasive and compelling - able to communicate on behalf of the company in formal and informal settings
- Passionate & entrepreneurial self-starter
