Account management sits at the heart of this agency. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments and different client-side stakeholders to help manage some of our large accounts. You'll become their trusted point of contact, handling tasks independently and proactively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general support to the client team with campaigns. Assisting in the creation of detailed and accurate campaign reports.
- Supporting Account Managers with ad-hoc tasks.
- Helping to maintain client relationships through email and video calls.
Required experience to apply:
- Digital/Social Media experience.
- Solid understanding of Influencer Marketing and Social Metrics (Impressions / Reach / Engagements).
- Ability to work very quickly and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable experience prioritising an ever-changing workload.
- Competent writing and communication skills.
- Excellent communication across email, the phone and over video calls.
