Physical Education Teacher

TeacherActive are currently supporting one of our partner schools in Medway that are recruiting for a PE teacher on a part-time basis three days per week.

Role Overview:

As a Physical Education Teacher through TeacherActive you will:

• Develop and deliver engaging PE lessons across various sports and activities, fostering a love for physical fitness among students.

• Encourage all students to participate in sports, regardless of ability, and help them reach their full potential.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of extracurricular sports clubs, teams, and events, both in school and within the wider community.

• Promote a healthy, active lifestyle and instill values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and resilience in all students.

• Work collaboratively with the PE department and other faculty members to develop a cohesive and progressive PE curriculum.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified PE teacher with UK QTS or equivalent

• Passionate about physical education and dedicated to inspiring young people.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• The ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities and backgrounds.

• Experience in teaching a range of sports and physical activities.

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
