School Caretaker

SCHOOL CARETAKER REQUIRED FOR SMALL PROVISION IN CHISWICK

You will be working on site and will be required to assist with all areas of building services, ensuring that the site is well maintained. Shift Based - 6:30am to 12:30pm or 9:00am to 3:00pm DIY skills, practical and good at working with tools

Must have previous caretaking / building services experience.

Key Requirements: Good DIY skills - able to work well with tools

Previous Building Services Experience, Excellent communication skills

Health & Safety experience and/or qualifications

An enhanced DBS certificate - You must apply for one with us if your DBS is not on the Update Service • Must be resident in the United Kingdom, preferably living within a commutable distance.
