Role Summary

The Training Developer is responsible for organizing and enhancing technology training and development materials for platform users. The Training Developer coordinates with the product owners of our platform modules to identify key points for user education and development. The training developer will also deliver training, when applicable. Training content will be centered on the functional and operational best practices to ensure ease of adoption and effective product use.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ Years in training content development.
  • Training/certifications and experience in formal business process methodologies
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or related field. A combination of work experience and education can be substituted
  • Comprehensive knowledge of training plan, curriculum, and design and development
  • Good teaching and facilitation skills
  • Content Creation: Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials including video tutorials, manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations.
  • Technical Writing: Strong technical writing skills to create clear and concise documentation.
  • Ability to assess training needs and objectives
  • Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to present and collaborate with people to perform their job duties.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse community
  • Have instructional, analytical, and creativity skills to present materials to the targeted audience
  • Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to learn quickly, analyze situations and make decisions which support the ongoing success of Tag
  • Experience with training delivery in various forms, including in-person and web-based
  • Able to develop training for various delivery mediums
  • Able to work with subject matter experts
  • Previous experience working for software and/or marketing organization a plus
  • Previous experience using CODA a plus



JOB DUTIES

*Develop e-learning modules, instructional videos, user manuals, quick reference guides, and other training materials.

*Tailor training content to meet the specific needs of different customer segments and use cases.

*Update training materials regularly to reflect software updates and new features.

*Apply instructional design principles to create effective and engaging learning experiences.

Incorporate multimedia elements to enhance learning and retention.

*Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to various audiences, including end-users, administrators, and internal staff.

Use interactive teaching techniques to engage participants and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

*Offer post-training support to address any questions or issues trainees may have.

*Develop and maintain a FAQ section or knowledge base for common user queries.
