Are you an Electrical Project Engineer looking for a new challenge? We're offering an exciting opportunity to join a company working with leading clients in the packaging and food manufacturing sectors. With a focus on machinery installations, electrical systems, and maintenance, this role offers variety, responsibility, and room for growth. Plus, you'll be the face of the company, liaising directly with clients and making a real impact on their projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machinery Installations: Lead the installation of new machinery at manufacturing sites, ensuring all electrical aspects are completed to the highest standard.
- Electrical Installations: Carry out electrical installs such as power supplies for our wide range of clients.
- Ad-hoc Work: Be ready to tackle various electrical tasks as needed.
- Project Management: Take charge of project timelines, managing installations from start to finish, including writing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
- Client-Facing Role: Communicate with customers to ensure projects are completed smoothly and professionally.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations, preparing risk assessments as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Electrical Expertise: 18th Edition certified and experienced in machinery installations.
- Safety-Focused: IOSH or NEBOSH qualified, with first-aid training.
- Technical Proficiency: Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams and solve complex issues.
- Strong Communicator: Confident in customer-facing interactions, ensuring client satisfaction and clear communication on-site.
- Organised & Proactive: Excellent at managing your own workload and writing risk assessments.
