Job Title: Sales Executive (Outbound Lead Generation - B2B) Location: Huddersfield, UK (Hybrid) Salary: £35k base (£47k OTE) per annum We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a focus on outbound lead generation to join our team in Huddersfield. This role is ideal for someone with B2B sales experience , particularly in the SaaS or tech industry, who thrives on building relationships and driving new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, emailing, and networking. Identify, qualify, and nurture potential B2B clients, targeting businesses within the tech and SaaS space. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups and relationship building. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation. Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Key Requirements: Proven experience in B2B outbound sales , with a track record of generating new business leads. Ideally from a SaaS or technology background, with an understanding of the industry’s sales cycle and customer needs. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with decision-makers. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for closing deals and achieving targets. Ability to work independently while being a strong team player. Desirable Skills: Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Knowledge of SaaS products or tech-related solutions. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies in a competitive market.
