ThePlaceToBe are working with a creative agency who are looking to appoint a Social Media Manager into their growing team. Due to the nature of the business, the Social Media Manager will be the go to contact within the business for all things Social Media related. As such, we are looking for somebody with agency experience who has full capacity working end-to-end.

They have successfully built a business that allows them to work closely with companies nationwide and have really carved out a niche that sets them aside from some of the larger, integrated agencies.

Still at mid-size, they can focus on really looking after their employees. You will get the chance to work with senior figureheads on a day-to-day basis and be involved in all projects the agency looks after. This agency want ambitious people, that can creatively and confidently express themselves through their work. About the Role...

You will be responsible for taking on the Social Media offering for this client. This will include existing business but you will also be actively involved in new business pitches to outline the importance of Social Media activity as part of the agencies commitment to their clients. This means you will be responsible for full end-to-end concepts;

• Brief taking
• Brainstorming and ideation
• Activation / content creation / shoots
• Regular communications with clients
• Working with the wider agency to ensure branding is consistent throughout

About you…

You will have worked in an agency before or even currently, but know that you have so much more to offer than a standard churn of work! As such, experience within agency should be between 2+ years. You will also have worked across both Paid and Organic Social. Most importantly, you will want to be client-facing and work in a fast paced, vibrant agency. This is a real career changer for the right person, unlocking access to working with clients that typical integrated agencies don't have exposure to.

We are looking for somebody who is passionate about social but very creative in their approach. Your energy will be infectious and you will bring that passion into your team work across the agency. You will be confident to own entire projects and give feedback regularly to internal and external stakeholders. Finally, you will have experience and confidence working with all major platforms and on tools and platforms such as Microsoft office and Google Docs.
