MFL Teacher - Part Time Position

Key Stage 3/ 4 MFL (French) Teacher needed in Harborne

Start date: October 2024 - Ongoing

Required to start October, this popular school seek an enthusiastic French Teacher for a part-time post. This role requires a Teacher who is able to teach engaging and dynamic lessons. Ideally candidates will work well with staff and have the ability to inspire able and motivated students. The right candidate will be able to teach French to KS4. The role will be part-time (3 days per week) on a fortnightly timetable and will be to cover a long term leave of absense.

WEEK 1

Monday 8:30am - 12:00pm

Tuesday 10:30am - 15:30pm

Wednesday 8:30am - 15:30pm

Friday 8:30am - 15:30pm

WEEK 2

Tuesday 8:30am - 15:30pm

Friday 8:30am - 15:30pm

The successful candidate will be taken on until at least the end of the academic year and further work at the school is likely to be available form October 2024.

In return, the MFL Teacher will have the opportunity to work in an engaging and dynamic school with a real friendly working environment.

Newly Qualified Teachers are also encouraged to apply.

Applicants need to have:

• QTS with an MFL specialism or relevant Instructor experience
• The ability to teach Spanish and French and deliver basic lessons in both languages
• A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with
