Duration: Long term position

Pay rate: £90-100 day rate to begin, salaried with school after a trial period

Are you a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant, with experience of working in Primary schools?

Do you feel confident working with small groups, helping them to access the learning?

Are you able to manage behaviour by building positive relationships with children and using consistent positive reinforcement?

A dream Teaching Assistant position has opened up in a nurturing, successful SEND Provisoon in Manchester.

The school are looking for a SEND Teaching assistant with experience in working with SEMH students, including challening behaviour and ADHD.

You will be expected to lead small groups with guidance from the Teacher, so experience of running intervention sessions confidently is desirable.

The successful candidate must have an inclusive and dedicated approach, as they will be working with a number of SEND children.

This golden opportunity is open to Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistants only.
