Senior National Account Manager - London On Trade & Prestige

London - Hybrid

circa. £80,000 + benefits (D.O.E)

Do you want to work for one of the leading spirits businesses globally? Do you have a great network within the London on-trade and a passion for Premium Brand?

As they accelerate their growth, the business is looking for a Senior National Account Manager, responsible for driving the growth of the brands within London. You'll make your mark on the capital, selling amazing brands to amazing customers.

You'll have a team of 8 direct reports, and coach them to deliver against the strategy you set.

Responsibilities;

• Manage the London on-trade team and key prestige relationships.
• P&L responsible for the account base.
• Control weekly reporting, forecasting, budgets & planning.
• Build clear activation and investment plans.
• Work with internal functions to ensure a smooth sales process and proper understanding of data.
• maximise new business opportunities.

Experience;

• Highly experienced in Prestige, IFT, On-Trade.
• Deep understanding of the London market.
• Experience in an FMCG (ideally spirits) business.
• Experienced managing teams, coaching and developing high performers.
• Strong commercial acumen, with accurate forecasting.
