Venn Group are partnered with a progressive and forward-thinking Northamptonshire firm who are looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their respected team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving legal practice while enjoying an energising work environment and opportunities for progression, including into the firms equity structure.

As a Senior Lawyer you would be repsonsible for a mixed caseload of employment matters including TUPEs, discrimination and unfair dismissals.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with over 3 years PQE
• Experience in a variety of employment matters
• Good communication, negotiation, and client management skills
