Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in a hybrid role from offices based in Swanley.

The Job:

• Managing the financial and contractual administration of projects
• Ensuring that general QS duties are performed to the highest standard
• To ensure that full contractual and monetary entitlement is advantageous

The Candidate:

• 3-7 years practical experience
• Strong commercial awareness
• Experience of Management Accounts
• Re-measurement skills
• Planned maintenance experience
• Valid driving licence
