SXSW is coming to London in June 2025, and we’re looking for a dynamic, b2b, Senior CRM Manager to lead the charge in driving ticket sales for this ground-breaking industry event.

B2B experience is crucial, especially with the familiarity of lead scoring and understanding a b2b email marketing workflow.

As the Senior CRM Manager, you’ll be at the heart of their marketing strategy, crafting and executing a comprehensive CRM plan to engage, activate, and convert our audience. Your role will be crucial in building the customer journey, enhancing revenue opportunities, and ensuring the CRM efforts are world-class.

Reporting into the newly appointed Director of Marketing, together you will help make SXSW London a game-changer!

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM & Multi-channel Strategy: Lead CRM initiatives across all touchpoints—email, web, social, and more.
• Content Strategy & Execution: Implement cross-channel content strategies, with a focus on email and web automation.
• Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize nurture programs that guide users from lead to conversion.
• Data-Driven Growth: Use analytics to drive continuous improvement and revenue growth.
• Reporting & Segmentation: Oversee database segmentation and report on campaign performance and revenue attribution.

About You:

• Expertise: 5+ years in CRM and email marketing, with a proven track record of driving engagement and conversions.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in HubSpot, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
• Creative & Analytical: Blend of creativity and data-driven decision-making.
• Leadership: Experience managing teams and driving performance in fast-paced environments.
• Event Experience: Background in demand generation for large-scale events is a plus.
• Workflow Design & Management: You must understand a b2b workflow and how to score the leads.
