Whether you already have property sales experience or looking to get into the sector and have a proven track record in sales and closing the deal this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Package:
- Competitive basic salary of £22,000 - £23,000 per year
- Uncapped commission structure that allows you to earn significant additional income (£27k-40k in first year OTE depending on abilities)
- Full time permanent contract

Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Negotiator, you will be the face of the business, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Actively contributing to branch performance and achieving sales targets
- Managing incoming property enquiries and registering potential buyers
- Conducting property valuations and viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in property industry preferred but not essential
- Proven track record within previous sales role
- A proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- A results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed expectations
- Full UK driving license and own transport
