Job Description:Join Arrow's Graduate Program Designed for the Next Generation of InnovatorsWe are looking for aGraduate Product Support Manager based in Harlow (UK)Our Arrow's EMEA Graduate Program is a 12-month journey designed specifically for graduates who completed their education not more than 2 years ago and are seeking to take part in a practical learning curriculum. We provide a platform to work with experienced mentors to accelerate and establish a solid foundation to build and grow your career at Arrow. During the program, selected candidates will learn on-the-job, improve both professional and soft skills, and will be able to meet with and learn from experts across the business. Arrow believes that the best way for you to learn is by fully integrating you into the business and giving you accountability for your job-related tasks. Throughout the program, you will also need to complete program assignments to put into practice what you learn and work alongside highly specialized experts. You will start your journey in the Quoting area.
In Quoting you will work on the following: - Price negotiations for designated suppliers and products
- Manage supplier price changes
- Provide resale guidance to sales
- Profit-seeking - identify and recover "lost" margin incl. requote activities
- Work on daily Quote Line Requests and notifications
- Provide quote information to sales in order to win business and improve productivity
- Work on daily Quote requests and notifications
- Support Sales on big contract negotiations
- Support Continuous Process Improvement internally and with suppliers
- Quote maintenance
- Quote follow up activities via our sales organization
- Margin enhancement activities:
- Provide Lead time on exceptional basis
- Part administration and maintenance with our MDM Team
- Control and handle S&D process incl. rejects with supplier and Finance Team
- First level of technical support for all products
- Supplier marketing activities for smaller and medium suppliers
- Prepare and execute product strategies with key interfaces (Weekly branch update...)
- Force excellent relationships with suppliers, sales and end customers
- Negotiate Frame agreements & Package deals together with the PAM
- Support his/her manager in QBR preparation (generation of reports etc)
- Collect and share tools and best practices
- Close collaboration with Marketing & Asset Team
Requirements:- You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
- You have obtained or will obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business administration / marketing related studies in 2024 or not more than 2 years ago.
- Business fluency in English (oral & written).
- Sound knowledge of the business administration practices and how to apply them to daily business and strategy.
- Good understanding of commercial business strategies
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be able to interact proactively with the team, suppliers, our sales organization and other relevant teams.
- Highly organized and desire to support our sales team to grow the business and improve our profitability. Be responsible for results.
- Keen to support and drive process improvements.
- Excellent service mindset
- Be a team player.
- You must be flexible and have geographical mobility.
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker who brings something new to the table and is not afraid to share those ideas.
- You ideally have an aptitude and attitude which exhibits the following:
