Demolition site manager

Our Client a Demolition Contractor are currently looking for a temporary site manager to assist on one of their projects in Newcastle.

The scope of works consists of, removing and salvaging part of a existing production line in a bread factory.

The ideal candidate will have undertook similar demolition work and be able to provide excellent work references from recent jobs.

Duties Include

• Removing and Salvaging part of an existing production line.
• Removing Machinery and Conveyor belts
• Be able to read specification and any associated drawings.
• Making sure daily records are completed on a daily basis and returned to the office on a weekly basis
• Dealing all Labour and administering Timesheets both internally and externally
• Toolbox Talks and site inductions
• Reporting to the contracts managers
• Controlling Materials
