We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our client based in the Derby area. Our client are very passionate about customer satisfaction which has led them to being highly successful and leaders in their field. You will provide quality customer service and accurate processing of orders. You will also work in a standalone marketing role where you manage the company website and social media.
Monday-Friday, office based.
£28,000-£33,000
The Role: - Provide quotations to customers
- Keep website and Linked In updated
- Manage all marketing campaigns and take lead on marketing strategies
- Liaise with third parties to support the marketing function
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Follow up on customer enquiries to maximise customer retention
- You will be the first point of contact for sales enquiries via the phone and email.
- Keep company database updated
- Help sales team process orders
The Candidate:
- Experience in a marketing role
- Marketing qualification (desirable)
- Experience using Adobe creative suit and Photoshop
- SEO and analytical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Strong work ethic and flexible attitude
- Good IT skills - ideally experience using Microsoft packages
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
