CNC Setter Operator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Setter/Operator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting and operating a variety of CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and mill/turn machines. Familiarity with Fanuc controls, Mazatrol, and Heidenhain is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and mill/turn machines
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Change and adjust tooling as necessary
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
• Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in setting and operating CNC machines, with a focus on mill/turn machines
• Proficiency with Fanuc controls, Mazatrol, and Heidenhain
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
