What You’ll Do:
- Lead food production and delivery for a variety of exciting events
- Collaborate with Senior Head Chefs to plan and execute outstanding menus
- Supervise and develop a talented team of chefs, porters, and agency staff
- Maintain high food safety and quality standards
- Manage costs, wastage, and labour to keep within budget
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- NVQ Level 3 or City Guilds 7062 qualification
- Intermediate hygiene certification
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for food
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Full driving license and own transport (desirable)
