An opportunity for aspiring professional to assist developers in boosting their productivity by collaborating with engineers across a global company to help them successfully adopt and build services using. You'll also be responsible for creating and refining resources to educate users and fostering a strong developer community for Cadence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist users with onboarding and integrating Cadence into their systems
- Enhance the user experience by addressing inquiries on platforms like StackOverflow, GitHub, and Slack
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues
- Collaborate with both internal teams and the open-source community to identify and prioritize new features
- Develop tools to streamline the onboarding process and improve operational efficiency for Cadence users
- Produce tutorials, sample applications, and best practice guides for deploying and operating Cadence in public cloud environments
- Write comprehensive and detailed documentation for Cadence users

Qualifications:

- Experience with Cadence, Temporal, SWF, or Durable Functions
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering or developer education roles
- Strong technical writing skills
- Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
