As we continue to scale our business, we are seeking an organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Commercial |Specialist. Role Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Specialist , where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day commercial activities under the guidance of our Commercial Manager. This position offers the chance to collaborate with various key stakeholders and make a significant impact on our business operations. Main Responsibilities: Market Surveys & Tender Preparation: Assist the Commercial team with market surveys, tender prequalification, bid and tender preparation, and post-bid clarifications. Contract Management: Review draft contracts/agreements and address issues with the team. Vendor & Supplier Management: Oversee vendor qualification, supplier registration, and due diligence processes. Portal Updates: Maintain and update online portals and manage subscription renewals. Contract Administration: Prepare contract start-up checklists and update the contracts register. Rate Card Preparation: Support the preparation of client and internal rate cards. Business Development Support: Assist with business development event summaries, contacts, and preparation of presentation materials for business development. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent time management and efficiency Strong ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in reading and interpreting instructions Full working knowledge of MS Office programs Strong administrative and technical skills Personal Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask Excellent communication skills Strong team ethic Why Join Us?
