Duties of a Office Administrator:
- Working alongside and supporting colleagues.
- Preparing quotes and proformas,
- Liaising with customers via phone and email,
- Scheduling appointments,
- Coordinating with internal departments and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods,
- Maintaining customer records on internal databases,
- To liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Producing reports on a regular basis using the tools available.
Details of a Office Administrator Position:
- Monday to Friday
- Working 09:00-15:00
- Pay £27(Apply online only) to £3(Apply online only)0 depending on experience
