Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Office Administrator for our client based in Exeter to start as soon as possible.

As a Office Administrator you will need:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, highly organised.
  • Team Player.

Duties of a Office Administrator:

  • Working alongside and supporting colleagues.
  • Preparing quotes and proformas,
  • Liaising with customers via phone and email,
  • Scheduling appointments,
  • Coordinating with internal departments and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods,
  • Maintaining customer records on internal databases,
  • To liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the business
  • Producing reports on a regular basis using the tools available.

Details of a Office Administrator Position:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Working 09:00-15:00
  • Pay £27(Apply online only) to £3(Apply online only)0 depending on experience
