Composite Laminator - F1 Winter Build

Composite Laminators wanted for F1 Winter Build.

As a Composite Laminator, your key responsibility will be to support the 2024/2025 F1 season predominantly by producing composite laminates to a high standard and to tight deadlines. Other responsibilities include;

• Hand laminate composite components to specifications provided by project engineers.
• Prepare components for oven and autoclave processing utilising vacuum bagging practices.
• Preparing tooling patterns and moulds using chemical sealers and release.
• Consult and resolve quality issues as they arise, in consultation with project engineers.

We would expect you to have Laminating experience with pre-preg Ideally, a motorsport background but other sectors are considered. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
