A fast-growing beauty brand is seeking a creative and organised TikTok Social Producer to manage live broadcasts, engage audiences, and enhance our social media presence.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee TikTok livestreams, including pre-event planning, live management, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to develop engaging, interactive live content.
- Engage with live viewers through comments and Q&A to boost participation.
- Manage the technical setup for livestreams, ensuring high-quality audio and video production.
- Troubleshoot any issues during broadcasts to ensure smooth delivery.
- Analyse and report on livestream performance, including viewership and engagement metrics.
- Integrate trending TikTok features to keep livestreams fresh and engaging.
- Work closely with social media managers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Oversee multiple livestreams and social events simultaneously, maintaining quality and engagement.
- Stay informed on the latest digital content trends to keep the audience entertained and engaged.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing live broadcasts, preferably on TikTok or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of live video production, including sound, lighting, and streaming software.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Creative mindset for generating innovative ideas for live content.
- Experience with analytics tools to measure and report on performance.
