Vehicle Technician

aka Recruitment are proud to be working with a longstanding client of ours to bring you this Vehicle Technician role based in Sheffield. This role is ideal for a Technician that has come from a service repair centre or fast fit background and is wanting to move into a dealership environment to complete a similar role Job Duties Include: - Servicing and repairs on a range of brands - Removal and refitting of mechanical components - Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer standards - Ensure all equipment and workshop is maintained and cleaned - Carrying out of inspections on a range of vehicles - All work that is completed and carried out is within safe working practices - Carry out Diagnostics and repairs to the highest industry standards Requirements: - Qualified at Level 2 (NVQ or City and Guilds) - MOT Testing licence is again advantageous but not essential - Own tools - Full Licence with no more than 6 points Reasons to apply for this role: - Ideal for someone with a fast fit background - Excellent Salary Basic - Full training and support where needed Due to expansion, you will be working with a great company dealing with a range of servicing and repairs whilst providing expertise in the field. Working Monday to Friday you will have the option to have flexibility on working hours, covering 40-45hours per week. Overtime is available on the Saturday but isn't compulsory. A superb salary basic between 29-32k is on offer, depending on experience.
