JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to provide end to end project management for their clients. This position is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who was worked in the industry and is wanting a new challenge with a successful business. This role will involve a lot of travel to client sites and require overnight stays.

ROLE PROFILE:

• Develop working relationships with potential clients and bring them on board.
• Provide support and help to clients as and when required.
• Hold regular face to face meetings with clients.
• End-to-end project management.
• Deliver & maintain agreed project within technical and financial targets.
• Support clients through the whole process from preconstruction to implementation.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
• Work with other PM s and allocate staff resources accordingly.
• Championing site health and safety.

PERSON PROFILE:

• 4 years work experience within a Project Management role.
• MUST have shop fitting or joinery industry background.
• Be able to bring client and trade contacts from previous roles.
• Motivated and with a positive can-do attitude.
• Possess strong planning and time management skills.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• Maintain and build business and working relationships.
• Proficient IT Skills; Word & Excel.
