Customer Order Processor

£12305 + Bonus (20 hours a week)

As a Part Time Customer Order Processor based in Ripon (HG4 1SL), you’ll be responsible for:

• Dealing with the day to day running of a large contract customer

• Processing customer orders

• Dealing with general enquiries and queries via telephone, email and live chat

• Liaising with suppliers and branches to order stock

• Maintaining a strong relationship with the account customer

This is a permanent part time position working 20 hours a week Monday – Friday between 08.00am – 5.00pm. Once fully trained this can be hybrid role with the option to work from home with a minimum of 1 day being worked in the office.

• Experience of working in a customer service environment

• Excellent telephone manner

• Computer literacy

• A positive can-do attitude, with an enthusiastic approach to learning
