Head of Sales / Business Development Manager - Greater London (Flexible working, including remote) / Up to £50,000 (BD Manager) or up to £70,000 (Head of Sales) + Bonus Potential

Our client is a pioneering HealthTech company poised to revolutionise the medical industry with their cutting-edge digital product. Their innovative solution is designed to streamline operations, enhance patient care, and provide unparalleled support to private doctors and healthcare professionals.


**Job Summary:**


As our first Business Development Manager / Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with private doctors and related prospects who can benefit from our innovative product. You will be a proactive, self-starter with a passion for new business development and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- Identify and Target Prospects: Research and identify potential clients, including private doctors, clinics, and healthcare organisations that would benefit from our product.

- Outreach and Engagement: Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and face-to-face meetings.

- Sales Presentations: Present our innovative product to potential clients, demonstrating its value and how it can enhance their operations and patient care.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities to inform business development strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth and client satisfaction.

- Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, outcomes, and performance metrics to the senior management team.


**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare or HealthTech industry. It is essential you have previously sold to similar client contacts in the past i.e. private doctors and practices

- Strong understanding of the private healthcare sector and the needs of private doctors and healthcare professionals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

- Self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
