Corporate Solicitor, Top 100 Law Firm

Gambit Search are working with a top 100 law firm, who have a need to hire a corporate solicitor to join their growing London team. The Partners are looking for a lawyer who is 3 PQE+ in this specialism.

The team are well known for working on mid-market private M&A and other corporate matters. There is also the opportunity to work on commercial mandates that come through as part of this team. The practice also works on joint ventures, PE, corporate governance and other matters.

• 1400 hour target
• Average deal size sits in £5m - £50m across various sectors
• London office is planning to grow substantially over the next 3-5 years
• Opportunity to get involved in networking and business development

To be considered, you need to have worked on private M&A matters transactions in the mid market space in a legal capacity. Any commercial expertise is desirable but not essential.
