The Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in London Area, United Kingdom. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy in project budgets.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Proficiency in Cost Planning
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
