Associate Recruitment Consultant

In the role of Associate Recruitment Consultant you will work closely with a Senior Recruitment Consultant sourcing candidates for client requirements. This role will be based out of our Birmingham office.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Actively source candidates using various methods (job boards, database, headhunting, referrals)
  • Pre screen and qualify candidates
  • Map and understand your market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within your market
  • Generate active and passive candidates

Experience required:

  • No specific experience is required but you must be driven and ambitious
