Associate Recruitment Consultant
In the role of Associate Recruitment Consultant you will work closely with a Senior Recruitment Consultant sourcing candidates for client requirements. This role will be based out of our Birmingham office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Actively source candidates using various methods (job boards, database, headhunting, referrals)
- Pre screen and qualify candidates
- Map and understand your market
- Build and maintain strong relationships within your market
- Generate active and passive candidates

Experience required:
- No specific experience is required but you must be driven and ambitious
- We will consider individuals from a range of professional backgrounds and life experiences
- Sales or phone based professional experience would be advantageous
