Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to our young learners, fostering their social and academic development. Your creativity and commitment will play a crucial role in helping our students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of KS1 students.
Create a supportive and positive classroom environment.
Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to enhance learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individual learning plans.
Engage with parents and caregivers to support student's development.
Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school events.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with KS1 students, ideally in an alternative provision or challenging educational setting.
Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate approach to teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
