The Client:


Harmonic Group are delighted to partner exclusively with a progressive independent creative agency, boasting an impressive and extensive list of retained clients, and a heavy focus on culture within. They are known for their experiential, shopper and staffing work, as well as the big-name clients they represent.


The agency operates a hybrid set up, culture is hugely important to them with it being founder led and run, they often hold socials and get together for client events or in person collaboration.



Role:


You will need to hit the ground running, being an experiential pro and applying your expertise to support and drive the team. The role is very operational, being confident with CTP’s, budgeting, staffing, sampling and traditional experiential are all skills that are required for this position.


You'll work closely with external teams, creative and staffing teams, as well as acting as a key client liaison to support their strategic and creative plans alongside the Business Director. The ability to communicate both verbally and written to an exceptional standard both internally as well as externally, is a must...


The agency is also open to experienced Freelance Senior Account Managers.



Responsibilities:


  • Acting as the first point of contact for your client business on all brand and communications planning
  • Assisting the Client Services Director with the day-to-day client and account operations.
  • Staffing for events and activations
  • Driving account growth and profitability
  • Pulling together CTP’s
  • Delivering exceptional experiential campaigns
  • Guiding campaigns from planning through to delivery
  • Managing client relationships
  • Being hands on, staffing for sampling and activations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Troubleshooting and identifying problems
  • Always demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail
  • Develop clear and accurate budgets and time frames for all campaign elements.
  • Delivering pre-agreed KPIs



What we need to see (Essential):


  • A solid background on experiential accounts and working at experiential or staffing agencies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple clients and projects at one time.
  • Sampling, activations and staffing experience
  • Ability to develop and deliver an impactful campaign from the client brief.
  • In depth cultural understanding of target audience
  • Excellent communications skills
  • A master of developing and nurturing relationships - both internally and externally
  • High degree of resilience and ability to remain calm, engaged, and in control in all situations.
  • In depth understanding and knowledge of your client’s business, and participation in long-term business planning.
  • Positive mindset bringing solutions.
  • A social, fun, and outgoing personality
