We are working with an exciting retail e-commerce business who are looking to add an Digital Content Manager to their growing Marketing team. As a Digital Content Manager, you will help develop, manage and optimise the performance of their D2C ecommerce websites.
Your role will vary from the planning and co-ordinating of site campaigns and activity to helping create content and being the key merchandising manager to drive conversion.
The role:
- Aligning with product and trading and briefing content and creative
- Creating content that drives product conversion (product / promo / seo)
- Merchandising of the site, working directly within the cms and aligning closely with data, product content, CRO and trading teams.
- Ability to work in GA and other data platforms to see how site performance is doing, how new or key customer journey pages are doing, and then be structured in how you approach optimisation.
The person:
- Essential experience in B2C eCommerce.
- You are a skilled and confident content and merchandising manager with proven expertise in online retail.
- Specifically, you should have a track record in content and merchandising, along with the ability to effectively communicate how your experience will enhance our customer proposition and drive better financial performance.
- You bring a balanced blend of pragmatism (project planning), creativity (content creation), and numeracy (merchandising and conversion).
