Inside Sales Associate - Healthcare SaaS/Software

The opportunity:

Our client partner with clients across the CRO, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries to provide services and software that support the Pharmacovigilance (drug safety) process. As they are now looking to expand their UK operations, they are looking to appoint motivated and driven Inside Sales Associates with experience in healthcare software or SaaS.

The role:

• Lead generation and qualification through various channels and methods, which may include social media, phone calls, events and email.
• Conducting produce/service presentations an demonstrations for clients.
• Monitoring the sales pipeline through tracking and following up on all leads at each stage.

Key requirements:

• 1+ year of inside sales experience – preferably within pharmaceuticals or healthcare/healthcare software.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience of providing product demonstrations to clients.
• The ability to overcome challenges and objections – persistence and resilience are both essential qualities for the role!
