About the role:

My client is looking for a Pre-construction Manager with expertise in estimation, strong communication, and negotiation abilities. The ideal candidate should be professional, adaptable, and able to engage with stakeholders across all levels, demonstrating a personable and dynamic approach to building relationships. Key duties include:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates.
• Managing and coordinating pre-contract bid processes.
• Involvement in pitch presentations to potential clients.
• Ensuring a thorough transfer of construction documents to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in office design and build
• Able to commute to Manchester
