Job Title: Paid Social Executive Location: We're remote-first (meaning we'd never ask you to come in for set days a week), but we'd love to see you in our London office on occasion for team days, collaborative working and if you need somewhere to work ahead of socials! Your responsibilities will include: Paid Social Campaign Management: Strategise, execute, and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns across various platforms. Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough research to define and reach target audiences with precision. Creative Collaboration : Work closely with widers teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and visuals. Performance Optimisation: Continuously analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise ROI. A/B Testing: Experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, and creative elements to optimise campaign effectiveness. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on social media advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices. Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of campaigns. Compliance and Regulation: Stay informed about industry regulations and platform policies to ensure ad compliance. Adaptability: Respond to changing market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly. Required experience to apply: 1 year of Paid Social experience.
