- Manage team workflows, processes, and expectations with a strategic mindset.
- Drive excellence and boost performance across all operational areas.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships while handling case management.
- Conduct regular 1-2-1s to provide feedback and foster team development.
- Motivate, mentor, and guide your team towards best practices.
- Lead by example, serving as a point of escalation when needed.
