Multi Skilled Tradesman

Multi Skilled Operative required to work with a Taunton/Somerset based housing association maintenance team.

My client requires an experienced and professional multi skilled tradesman to join their maintenance team.

Work will include carrying out reactive & planned repair work on domestic social housing properties. Repair work will range from 2nd fix carpentry, 2nd fix plumbing, basic patch plasterering, touch up painting and othwr basic maintenance related tasks.

Company van and tools will be provided.

Start date: ASAP
Location: Taunton and surrounding areas
Pay rate: 20 per hour, paid weekly
Duration: 12 week temp to perm

Requirements:

Full UK clean driving licence
Minimum 3/5 years building maintenance experience.
NVQ or City & Guilds trade qualification
