Internal Sales Executive

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Internal Sales Executive with a positive and customer service focused attitude to join our vibrant and hardworking team.

What you will do

• Providing back up for the Field Sales Team through;
• Telesales to existing customers
• Updating customer interactions in the CRM on our system
• Managing existing customers details / products on Knight-Link, our online order portal
• Preparing and sending quotes
• Assisting with phone calls & covering customer service emails during holidays

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and Target driven
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communicator and telephone manner
• Great literacy especially in emails and quotes
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Likes responsibility and accountability
• Good team player and also able to work under own initiative
• Previous experience in internal sales and field sales back up is essential
