Key Criteria
- 8+ years Health and Safety experience within Construction, ideally within the residential sector
- Experience leading safety audits, inspections and accident investigations.
- Proven ability leading and influencing safety culture and practices within organisations at all levels.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, accident investigations.
- Familiarity with Construction processes especially in relation to Health & Safety.
- Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
- Awareness of trends, and best practices within Construction Safety.
- Awareness of environmental and sustainability practices within construction.
- Understanding human factors and ergonomics within construction health & safety.
- IT Skills including Microsoft 365
The Role:
- Based out of the West London Head office, the role is predominantly site based, overseeing the health and safety team on residential projects across London
