Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The role is customer focused/sales-oriented. The role calls for a certain type of person NOT a certain type of experience (however any understanding of engineering +/OR exposure to sales would help - but don't let that put anyone off getting in touch.) You will probably be very ambitious - maybe you seem too ambitious to those around them!

The important thing is that MD will personally oversee your structured training programme - and there will be input from several others. As a small, growing company the chances are that the right individual will be on a fast-track to early promotion opportunities.
