We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Team Leader to join a market leading company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of production within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team. The position will appeal to a strong leader looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Our client is looking for someone who has the following attributes:

• Experience in steel manufacturing, Specifically Plasma cutters, Press brakes and MIG Welding
• Experience in production schedules
• Works well under pressure
• Experience in leading and motivating a team
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience working with Lean tools (5S, 7-Wastes, etc)
• Comfortable giving team meetings
