Senior Project Manager

Our client is a contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager to project lead a 750 unit scheme in Streatham, South London.

The project consists of 750 residential units with commercial, retail, car parking and landscape. Project value 110m.

The position will report into the Construction Director.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading mixed use residential developments in excess of 100m. They're also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, pre-construction and delivery.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 100k - 110k + full package & bonus.
