BettingJobs are working with a multi-brand iGaming operator who are seeking the hire of a Head of Acquisition to join their team in London or Dubai.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the global acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the acquisition function to ensure that all the regional marketing teams are focused on the right goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading global acquisition strategy and taking ownership of its implementation for the global crypto operations.
- Develop and oversee the digital acquisition strategy including Affiliate, Digital, PPC, SEO, Programmatic, Social.
- Help the community team to grow social & community channels and moderate forums, social platforms and chat groups for maximum engagement.
- Ensure the maximum effectiveness and return on investment of all acquisition activities.
- Supervise the competitive landscape to constantly identify new marketing opportunities to reach new market segments and expand share.
- Work with business intelligence to optimise KPIs
- Manage budgets and adjust accordingly
- Continuous competitive analysis of channels, promotions, and placements.
- Develop and maintain acquisition KPIs and provide regular reports on progress.
- Utilize data analytics to measure, analyse, and report on the performance of acquisition campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of acquisition specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of acquisition strategies.
- Track spending and performance against budget to ensure financial targets are met.
Essential Requirements:
- 8+ years in a senior digital marketing role in the online crypto gaming/casino industry.
- Track record of leading, managing and developing top acquisition funnels
- An in depth understanding of affiliate marketing and community management in crypto iGaming.
- Strong analytical / reporting skills with the ability to make data-justified business decisions.
