Business Development Manager
£38,000 - £45,000, Plus bonus scheme
Stevenage/ Hybrid/ Remote

Are you passionate about making a difference in the domiciliary care and supported living sector?

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and developing new services that positively impact lives. With a hybrid working model, you will enjoy the flexibility of working both from home and the head office in Stevenage.

Successful candidate will:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the domiciliary care and supported living sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Desirable Experience:
1. Proven track record in business development, preferably within the care sector.
2. Strong understanding of domiciliary care and supported living services.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to analyse market data and develop actionable insights.
5. Experience in preparing and delivering presentations.
6. Strong organisational and time management skills.
